There are several reasons to own Riverfront Property in North Central Idaho, here are just a few.

Sanctuary: There are very few riverfront properties available. Those fortunate enough to own a piece of this paradise will find a quality of refuge beyond comparison. Elevation around 1000 feet means a temperate climate which allows cultivation of a wide variety of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Privacy, swimming, rafting and fishing access from your back yard.

Value: In troubled economic times, real property affords better security than any institutional investment. There are very few investments better than the limited resource of riverfront property. As the saying goes, "they aren't making any more of it".

Fishing: The largest species of sea run Steelhead trout in North America make two runs a year up the Clearwater. Fly fishing in the tributaries such as the South Fork is perhaps the most effective method for hooking these powerfull fish which often weigh in excess of 20+ pounds. In the main river Fly fishing, Jig and bobber, or trolling from a drift boat are some of your many options for catching these large fish. Chinook Salmon arrive in the late spring. Native Westslope Cutthroat trout are abundant and in season from June 1 to November 1. Small Mouth Bass, some over 5 lbs. can be caught year around.

In North Central Idaho we are blessed with our abundance of pristine rivers.

The mighty Snake River, that flows over 1000 miles from its source in Yellowstone and through the deepest Canyon in North America, Hells Canyon.

The world famous Salmon River, also known as the River of No Return, known for its great fishing and wilderness white water opportunities.

The Clearwater River, and its North, South, and Middle Forks, originates in the Bitterroot Range of the Rocky Mountains along the Idaho-Montana border and is perhaps the most beautiful and pristine river system in the lower 48. Known by locals for its white sand beaches, crystal clear water and exceptional fishing, the Clearwater River is much the same today as it was when Lewis and Clark set up an extended camp on its banks and marveled at the fertile rugged beauty of their discovery. Large sea run Steelhead and Salmon, along with Small Mouth Bass and Trout give anglers plenty of year round opportunities.
The pristine Selway River, draining some of the wildest land in the lower 48, and offering one of the most coveted backcountry float trip opportunities in the country.
